I have had the pleasure of interning at GC MAG for just under a year now, as a lifestyle, music and fashion writer.
Last month I had the honour of interviewing Iva Davies, the face of Aussie icon ICEHOUSE. I grew up listening to Iva's voice blaring over the radio in the car and at barbeques with family and friends. Conducting research for this article really took me back to my childhood and the stories of the 80's pub rock scene my Dad would retell time after time. I must admit I am incredibly jealous of such an incredible decade of music that truly represented the immense talent of Aussie musicians at that time.
